Mr.
Ceaser Siwale, Managing Director
and Shareholder, a
Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA) and licensed stockbroker, is the
Managing Director for Pangaea/EMI Securities Limited, after joining the
Company in 2001 as the Corporate Finance Manager. He has been involved
in a number of successful assignments and he now runs the day-to-day
activities of Pangaea reporting to the Pangaea Board of Directors.
Ceaser also serves on the Boards of the Lusaka Stock Exchange (chairing
the Membership and Rules Committee), Microlink Technologies Limited and Blue
Financial Services (Pty) Limited.
Mrs.
Wendy Nglazi-Tembo, Manager
- Brokerage Services, has
primary responsibility for managing the execution of the company’s trading
activities on behalf of local, Zambian and selected offshore clients. Mrs. Nglazi-Tembo
has been with Pangaea/EMI for more than ten years and during that period,
she has been involved in many successful capital raising transactions for
companies listed on the LuSE. She
is a Licensed Stock Broker, holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Development
Studies and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Development Finance.
Ms. Sarah Randee,
Manager - Corporate Finance, is a Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA)
with extensive corporate finance experience.
In
prior positions, Sarah was
instrumental in performing a
number business process reengineerings,
renegotiating
debt facilities, securing franchisees, rebuilding
lost consumer confidence in
corporate clients, expanding operations and
managing the accounting/treasury functions
of clients. 
Mrs.
Rupal Shah, Manager
- Finance and Administration is responsible for the administration
of the Pangaea/EMI office, which includes addressing back-office and/or
client matters. She also has a strong background and a reliable understanding of the
GRZ Treasury Securities.
Mr.
Ignatius Anayawa, Head of Accounts, has primary responsibility for managing client and company accounts. He is
at an advanced stage in completing his ACCA membership qualification.
Mr.
Bruce E. Bouchard, Founder of EMI Securities, Shareholder & Board Member
of Pangaea Renaissance, has
more than 20 years experience working and living in Africa in the investment
banking field, primarily in east and
Mr.
Eric G. Postel, Founder of
Pangaea Securities & Shareholder (via Pangaea Partners, Ltd.), has more
than 20 years experience in the investment banking, brokerage and corporate
finance fields throughout the world and provides needed support to the
company in structuring and executing transactions and in placements with
offshore investors.
Mr. Michael Galaun, Founder of Pangaea Securities & Shareholder, is a second-generation Zambian citizen with wide-ranging commercial interests in the country.
