At Pangaea Renaissance, we manage funds on behalf of third party investors, making investments in corporate debt and equity securities (both listed and unlisted), and government securities. In addition, in conjunction with the corporate finance services it provides, Pangaea Renaissance specializes in structuring financing transactions to meet the various requirements of both the lender/investor and the borrower/investee. This includes structuring innovative security arrangements, repayment terms, and other conditions that satisfy both parties to the transaction. Increasingly the Company is involved in property-related transactions of a specialized nature, such as structured financing for homeownership through traditional long-term debt and mortgages and turnkey development projects.
Private clients:
Throughout its existence Pangaea Renaissance has managed funds on behalf of private
clients. We
provide investment analysis and financial advice on the investment of funds
to generate an attractive return to the owners. We provide periodic reports on the status of the overall portfolio and
movements in it, as well as market and company research to such clients as
required.
